Crystal Sheehan is a  Certified Yoga Instructor.   She currently resides in Canaan CT.  Crystal is continuing her yoga instruction education through various YA approved workshops, seminars and certification course to gain knowledge and experience towards therapy training.   There is a $2.00 charge for this class
