You probably know that meditation can improve your brain functions, reduce stress hormones, lower blood pressure, and offer a range of other health benefits.

BUT, here’s what you may not know: There’s more than one way to meditate! There are at least 5 different techniques for meditation, and Kathi Casey teaches all of them in her 6-week course. Each week, you’ll experience a different technique until you find the one that fits with your life! It’s easier than you think.
